Back after being gone like 6 years

I used to be on here when I was in high school back in the day. My brother finally convinced me to join again to get to some of you guys. I'm in the mall of GA area. Ride an 88 Ford Merkur Scorpio and an 85 Ford Merkur XR4TI.

I didn't post much back then. Only when I had trouble with the scorpio. I was in high school back then so yes QD. It has been 5-6 years.

lol But I know there is someone with a red XR4TI. An that one is built similar to the mustang svo. Somebody has got to know something. As far as the scorpio. There are only a couple hundred left. When I got my tag renewed they said there were 5 in GA. So as far as that car. I dunno what I am going to do if something major goes wrong

yeah my neighbor has a black XR4Ti, their neet cars.....i would love to have an actual cosworth someday...but even at my age i already feel too old to be messing with 80's cars anymore.....not after the MR2's and subaru i've been through

yeah the scorpios are a different type car.....definitely only a face a mother could love lol. Still and interesting car none the less.

I'm familiar with your car. I just sold my 84' SVO about 2 years ago. The Scorpio was basically the same drivetrain but TOTALLY different body

Edit: after reading all the post, I JUST realize who you are.... LOL! We met at the Import Showdown. I was one of the few that didn't have my Quest there.

there is a maroon XR4Ti in warner robins. straight track car lol. full roll cage with a built 5.0 motor in it. its probably the nicest one ive ever seen in person.

Yeah it does. The cool thing about it is having a 2.3L turbo charged engine. I hope he changed it to a closed differential. Kinda sucks to have all that power and turn a corner accelerating on one wheel

Ewe. I had a mustang. Got rid of it after 7 months. Didn't like it. There is nothing better then listening to the whistle of your turbo kick in.
