    SO i learned about this site a few years ago and liked how everything works around here so I finally decided to join! yay! I drive a 97 eclispe...nothing special yet...not sure what to do with it :-/

    well i live Gwinnett and right now theres nothing too special about my car except its green lol...haha so yea im a noob i wanna learn more about cars so thats why im here heehee

    Safe to say she doesn't know what boost is. I'd suggest intake, headers, exhaust for starters. Good platform to start from too, just not good crash ratings!

    ebay, craigslist, junk yards, and prob dsm specific sites, as well as possibly the for sale section here as well, and if you do a swap switch it over to a stick also

    Well with going after the looks side, if you go with the tuner look with a silver or black wheel and not chrome you'll come out cheaper. You can hit ebay or craigslist .org for parts and come out cheaper than the custom shops. Going with the looks of your ride far as tinting the windows, a bodykit, hood, rear spoiler, drop springs..... you can give your ride a more agressive look and not kill the bank. Far as the performance end, most of the folks on here can tell you that go fast parts are not cheap. Especially engine swaps and turbo setups. You have a good platform to start from though, they make everything for your car.

    wELCOME and i agree with every 1 on lowering your car,cause here was mine and i have to say if u go boost the 420a motor in the car is pretty strong and u don't got to worry about crank walking it like the 4g63 ...U probley have no idea what i just said.so just hit me up if u plan on making it run fast
