you go wo www.photobucket.com and create a free account. then it wil let you upload pictures from your computer and when its done uploading it will give you a address to your picture.

come back to this site and make a post and in the post use the IMAGE tags

place the address of your picture between those brackets

and hit post.

if you dont want to sign up on photobucket then go to www.imageshack.us but if you go to that site your pic will be visible to anyone that looks at that site. with photobucket your pix stay in your account.
