I installed them myself and accidentally not knowing what the f*ck I was doing, let the wiring for my passenger side underglow go over my exhaust and it burned itself...=(
Ah well...bonus points to myself for jacking up my car and even attempting to do it myself

I need to do my research, I wasn't even going to worry about any engine work until recently.
I hear a lot of "do your engine"...or, "don't do your engine because it's an automatic"...
so I said screw it and decided about a month ago I might as well dang do it, just have a faster automatic.
I just decided to go with a B-18 motor and headers, catback exhaust, turbo and unless I learn some more **** to do...just call it a day.

well, if you go turbo, you wont need headers b/c you will have to use a turbo manifold.
and id swap in a 5spd before i did anything. autos are know to blow up unless you use special rice-oil in the tranny lol

And who's behind the wheel...you can have all that power under the hood but if you cant drive worth a **** than your gonna get beat by people slower than you. My friend shay has a 450HP notchback stang fully built cobra engine and all and got his ass smoked by a stock GT in the 8th because he cant drive the thing with out smoking gears 1-3. If he would learn to not just dump the clutch and then maybe just ease into the accelerator then he would do ALOT better.

haha..thats what happened to my friend with that black sedan GLI that was out there...that was his first time running, and if he just knew how to drive it, he could have beaten alot more cars...especially w/ all the money he's put into the engine. so true...

was supposed to buy my headers this month for the engine I have now, but I'm going to put everything off until I get the engine first, then work out everything else from there since everything will revolve around that.
