    Photoshop more than likely or other photo programs.
    90% of teens say "oh shit" before a wreck. The other 10% are from Pennsylvania, they say " hold my beer and watch this shit."

    up load the picture you want into photobucket, copy the image link, go back to IA user CP, go to signature, paste link.
