hey, caught a link here from the dürtydübs website, and since i come to atlanta a few times a year for various reasons, i thought id sign up here.
i have an 89 jetta carat 8v (daily) and a 92 corrado slc.
just thought id make an intro post to say whats up.
kool there are a few other vdubbers on here but i think there more into late models

yea, im a guy, hense the '-josh' in my signature.
i havent taken any pictures of the corrado yet, but theres one below from the previous owner (different wheels and no europlate on the front).
the first picture is a picture of my first jetta. 2000 vr6, it was totalled in march of 04.
the mk2 jetta looks a bit different, since someone rear ended it less than 2 months after it was repainted, im in the process of fixing it...
anyway, here are the pictures;
i havent made it to any varsity meets just yet, a friend and i have been talking about going down one thursday mid-day and staying through sunday, but im just starting at a vw dealership, so i doubt my schedule will be as flexible for the next few months.
i was down at the beginning of march to look at a car, and of course for southern volksfest in duluth.

hah, the hook up was definately a thought that crossed my mind.
i went in for a few parts for my mk2 one day and asked if they were hiring.
considering i need a few parts for the slc, and a frickin radiator support is almost $700 there....
i dont know how lenient theyll be on price adjusting, hah.
