Default New guy with a Cobra

I've browsed this site a few times in the past and been linked over to threads here from other sites and figured I might as well join. I know some other guys on here from other boards, shops, track, etc. Anyway I'm from Gainesville and currently a student at GA tech. I drive a 2003 Cobra convertable. Bought the car new and have been modifying it ever since. So far (should be about done) car has solid axle conversion, coil over suspension all around, built motor with ported heads and cams, upgraded fuel system, upgraded t-56 transmission, roll cage, racing seats, bunch of other little stuff, and the crowning glory is a custom twin 61mm turbo kit. The car is still being finished up but I should have it back in a week or two. I'm posting pictures in the car pics section so ya'll can check it out there. Sig will work as a teaser...

Well most of the time I don't drive it at Tech cause I don't want anyone to mess with it. I bring the car down on rare occasions and mostly when I need it the next day. This is what I drive to Tech...

If you don't mind me asking how does a college student afford a twin turbo cobra and a truck?

Let's just say that in state tuition plus scholarships for high act/sat scores is definitely helpful. Hope covers tuition plus whatever else gets dumped straight into the car and I
ve worked since I was 15 so I have some saved up. Obviously my parents help me pay for the car initially but most everything else I have either worked for or earned through scholarships so yeah I have an advantage but I have worked for what I have and I respect it.

Modular Powerhouse is the only shop that ever touches my car. I will not ever take it anywhere else.
