50cc scooter,street legal. U are not required to have any kind of license to ride this scooter on a street. I rode it last summer and since then it has just been sitting in the garage.IT should only need a tune-up and be ready to get on the road.I just would like to get rid off it.It is pretty fun to ride and the top speed on it is 50mph.It also has electric and kick start.
