1985 Suzuki GS1150EF, Big bore kit, VERY FAST

Just got this bike in a trade and its just has way too much power for me. Its a 1985 Suzuki GS1150EF with a big bore kit with bigger cams that brings it to approximately 1250cc, and is supposed to be rated at 163HP to the wheel...It looks to have never been laid down and is very clean throughout. The bike has itself has 26,XXX miles but motor is much less than that. Bike has good tires but the rear tire is a little skinny so it will come with a brand new fatter rear tire and new roller chain. It has a 4-1 header with an unbaffled canister that just sounds wicked.

The only problems with the bike is it has a few scratches here and there on the paint, and the current chain is loose(which is why it comes with a new one)...I may or may not have the chain and tire installed depending on how long I own this thing

Looking for $2800 out of this thing, I may be able to work on the price but not very much. Or looking for a trade offer of equal value or less value plus some boot.

The vinyl stickers on the tank can be easily removed
