    How bad is the rust, in what areas?

    Rust is mainly underneath, brackets, and small hole in engine bay. The spindle nuts to the axles are rusted also. That is why the rear bearing has not been replaced. Have everything to do it.

    should the octane really make a difference?? if its tuned on 91, then 93 should be straight. just means the fuel is less likely to pre ignition. maybe it just needs a whole new re tune....
