Default Time to let her go, 90 GSX

Alright... It's time to let her go... I am looking at another car, and I have been spending money trying to get this where I want it. It is a 90 Eclipse GSX (AWD), Has 221075 on Chasis. Has around 35k on transmission, the motor had about the same, maybe around 40k since original "stock build". The paint is near perfect except for where exhaust used to come out the back. MANY people can vouch for this car.

    This "shell" includes:

    :

    -Evo 8 seats, perfect condition.
-AEM UEGO Wideband and AFR gauge
-Prosport oil pressure and boost gauge.
    -Weighted shift knob
-I have stock back seats and plastic pieces if buyer wants them.
-Has 17" wheels but may be trading for stock 2g 5 spoke chrome 16"s with good tires
-Champagne body with a black roof.
    -tinted windows
-Transmission is in great shape, shifts like butter in all gears!
-New Competition clutch and pressure plate. (Only has around 700 miles on it! can be vouched for!)
    -New clutch master cylinder
    -new clutch slave cylinder
    -Aerosport fuel pressure regulator

-The head of the motor needs a valve job. and it will be complete!
    - It has Crower valve springs and retainers it looks like
    - ARP head studs
    - Unorthodox Racing Cam gears
    - Web street grind cams 546/547. THESE SOUND AMAZING!!! NOT CHEAP
    - SAFC2 (tuned for evo 3 16g turbo)
    - PTE 680 injectors
    - Balance shaft delete
    - Walbro 255 fuel pump
    - Eprom ECU
    - DSMLinks.com stage 3 chip
    - Prothane motor mounts
    - KYB AGX Shocks
    - Eibach sportlines
    - short shifter

    - The block needs to be refreshened. There was shavings in oil pan.

The reason I am getting rid of this is because I can not justify right now spending the money I was going to, to get it where I wanted it... I wanted a LOT of power, wanted to drop in a stroker motor, stage 4 Shep trans, GT35R turbo,

But, you can put a stock bottom end, or have this one freshened up, do a valve job to the head with new valves and guides and seals (I can give you a site to get everything from that you will need). Put on a evo 3 16g, piping with fmic, and radiator and run low 13's to mid 12's. I ran a 13.4 at 106, not shifting hard into 2nd (out of boost) and found out I only had one bolt holding on my turbo. The car sounded mean.

This price might seem high, but you are getting a LOT of stuff included with this. The body is in good shape.

I am asking $2000 obo. If you don't like that price, remember, no one told you that you had to buy it. I will help buyer with any questions they have even after they buy it. I really loved this car.

I will send VIN to Stillaneon. I will also post pics of the block code tomorrow when it's brighter outside in my garage.

    On to the pics:

When the stock seats were in there:

LMK IF I NEED TO ADD ANYTHING ELSE! THANK YOU! REPS FOR BUMPS AND THOSE WHO VOUCH FOR THIS CAR. MANY HAVE SEEN IT. Thanks for looking.

Also, I babied this car when driving it. The ONLY reason it went down was because the timing belt broke going about 35 MPH. Other than that, this car was actually reliable minus a fouled spark plug, and injector plug coming lose one time. But nothing major.

And, I have a clean title for this car, as well.

Thanks man, I have had PMs from people on here from when I was on my way to get photos (the ones at the rock quarry on the sand) that said it looked a lot cleaner in person... I hope it finds a good home. I hate selling her.

Yeah... I know. It pisses me off, but with everything going on right now, I don't need to sink that kind of money into it to do what I wanted. I will build a 2g later on, they are lighter and more my style anyways... Thanks

Yeah, I found out shortly after I got this car, that it was well known everywhere I went. People in Gainesville, Gwinnett, Warner Robins, McDonough, Hampton, Jonesboro, Statesboro, Savannah, and Macon all recognized the car... Was kind of weird, but cool at the same time because it had a good reputation. I think if Pat had the money he would come back and pick this up. I know he loved this car. Who knows, I might end up with it again.

Only reason it had engine trouble was because I broke a NEW timing belt with about 150 miles on it. Pistons gave my valves a high five, and I had it towed the rest of the way. The other times the car was giving problems was 1) injector plug slid off a little 2) fouled out a spark plug 3) blew off I/C piping 4) replaced clutch.

I drove this car EVERY day, put high way miles on it. This car was actually extremely reliable for me even though I talked about it always being towed. It was little things, like the clutch cable got a hole worn in it. Nothing that couldn't happen to any other car. And you are right, I took very good care of this car.
Back to being stock and slow
