Condition: Car runs nice. Maintainence done on schedule. Water pump and Timing Belt changed at 123K. Alternator changed at 124K. Car gets decent gas mileage around city (24 mpg). Lowered on springs (not sure of brand) and stock shocks(ride quality is somewhat bouncy but handles well).

Issues: Previous owner installed a GST/GSX wing but left the old spoiler holes exposed NO water enters the car through these holes and they will be covered before the buyer takes the car. The car also has 1 check engine light for the rear o2 sensor which will be a cheap easy fix for the next owner.

The rear bumper on the car currently may not be your style as it isn't mine so I have a stock bumper that is going with the car it just needs paint.
