EG hatch exhaust quote

I'm looking for a price quote for a header-back 3 inch exhaust for an EG hatch.

It will need to have a resonator ( quietest available) installed and a Magnaflow canister (the quiet one) with a turndown in the stock location. Also needs to be mandrel bent, and at least 2 pieces for ease of service/removal as it is a sometimes track car.

I can supply the resonator and muffler, or you can. Quote me for both ways.
