E39 540i Exhaust

I am looking to get custom quad exhausts on my 540i. From what I
understand, I can use a muffler with one inlet and two oulets to
achieve this(Magnaflow makes the 12267 Muffler), with one pipe
circling back around and exiting on the other side of the vehicle,
similar to this:

This is the look I am going for:



If you could, I would like a quote for the exhaust if I bring my own
parts (i.e. muffler, and tips) or a quote if you supply the parts.

UPDATE:

I cut out the tire well, and had a guy weld in some sheet metal in place. So essentially, this is what my underbody looks like now(without the cans):



Can you give me a ballpark figure on how much it would cost to do this work? I'm just looking for a dual exhaust, catback with an H-pipe right after the cat. I don't want a resonator, just going to run straight pipe into mufflers.

If you could, I'm looking for two figures:
1) Price with parts(dual 3.5" tips, muffler, piping, labor).
2) Price if I bring an h-pipe and 2 mufflers/tips.

I would come by the shop, but its a bit of a drive, so I wanted a ballpark figure/range to have at least an idea before I made the trek up there, lol. thanks!
