For the record kids - I've had 3 turbo cars and probably 10 - 15 All Motor setups tuned in the last 15 years. Street tunes, tune by mail (which I HIGHLY am against knowing what I know now). Some were just DDs, and some of my other stuff was just retarded like my juiced Crower stroked B16. I WILL say that the last build that I put on the street was tuned by Scotty and I am VERY happy with the numbers. His knowledge on multiple engine combos is amazing. Not only has my setup went high 13s w/ only around 170hp on Firestone cheap tires... but I get 30 mpg as well. Simply put - Scotty knows his stuff.

Also - to speak on freeware (Crome, Uber, etc) vs a "real" program like Hondata there are lots of times where you simply make more power on a more robust solution like Hondata. More processing power in any given second means more data points in the same amount of time so you can get a more efficient tune at the end of the day. Furthermore, programs like Hondata are more readily accepted if you travel a lot and need a quick edit to your tune. Lots of VERY GREAT tuners won't even touch Crome/Uber (Ed at Balanced for example) and would much rather tune a more robust solution.

So 1) STEP UP YOUR VEHICLE SECURITY FIRST (that's always 1st in my game)

then 2) get your ass over to Digital Box Tuning and get your shit tuned!!

I'm a happy customer and w/ Scotty I've found my import tuner as long as I remain in the Southeast!! When you mature and grow as an enthusiast your parts selection should as well. You shouldn't be 10 years in the game still running Number1 headers... and freeware tuning solutions. And of you are... it should be ONLY to bridge the gap until you can get better gear on your projects. My .02
