I am annoyed at the forsyth county soilitors office...I call the person that they said had my case...well I was given wrong info...then the person that does have my case calls me back and leaves me a message on my VM you need to come to court tomorrow...well I come to find out that my parents accidently changed my VM so I cant get into it and version wont let me change it...so I get this message today...you are supposed to be in court on the 3rd of Oct...well it is the 6th...so I call the person that I thought had my file...to find out that she doesnt...and now they are going to be nice and let me go to class on that day so I have to come to court and say "yes I was going 90" you owe $$$ bye...waste of fucking gas to drive down there and then drive back to school for class...

damn... lemme know how it goes.. i got a ticket for 92 on 65 in forsyth county... 27 over.. but i'm 20... my court date is in November... I want to talk to a solicitor to see if they can lower my speed... so do i just call them? or show up on my court date and try to find them before court starts?

Call them before the court date cas the solictor will be in the court room before you even get in the door...

ummm 27 over...ummm ya you are going to have to pled with them about how you need to be able to drive to go to school and get to and from work cas they are going to attempt jack your lincease...

They refused to lower mine...

Ya that is a good thing. Also you might want to bring a map where you work relitive to where you live...and if you parents already know about the ticket I would ask them to write a letter or something stateing that they cant take you to work or school and they need your income...
