This is a great looking king size bed very sturdy.

This includes the headboard/footboard/sides/rails

There is a chip on the top corner of the footboard sleigh. You can see it in the pictures.

This does not include box springs and mattress. I do have a King size set for sale and will discount if you purchase the bed and mattress set.
