EF testing waters

picked up this hatch, didn't run right, yanked the motor and put a ton of money into my built d series, as of now the motor is in the car, it is not running, needs the bugs worked out, should not be much as a d came out and a newer d went in, car has mint DA seats up front, carpet is perfect, one small crack in dash, few bb size dents, has a blue fender, CAR WILL NOT COME WITH THE MUD FLAPS!!! (i got ya brad) engine bay was recently painted, will come with 14" steelies with honda center caps, just testing the waters.

w/out motor 500$ (shell/rolling chassis)
w/motor 1800$
