Default FS: 2003 Acura RSX-S Shell with Extras

The motor of this car recently blew and as a college student, I cannot afford to rebuild it at the moment.

    - The car color is Desert Silver Metallic
    - Interior is Tan
    - The body and odometer has 68,XXX miles on it
    - VIN number will be given by PM.
    - Clean Title
    - Emissions was just done recently

This car will come with the following:
    - JDM 22mm Rear Sway Bar /w Energy Suspension Bushings
    - JDM Shocks and Springs
    - JDM ITR Shift Knob
    - JDM ITR Replica Wing
    - Mugen Replica Rear Strut Bar
    - Mugen Replica Mid Rear Strut Bar
    - Apexi Turbo Timer
    - JJ Product Armrest
    - Yokohama AVS ES100 with about 60% Tread
    - Ingalls Front and Rear Camber Kit
    - Walbro 255LPH Fuel Pump
    - Energy Suspension Motor Mount Inserts
    - Full Interior
    - 35% Tint
    - Transmission (3rd gear is nochy but is a common problem)
    - CC Stage 4 Clutch
    - Wiring harness, coolant lines, axles, mounts, etc.

This car will NOT come with the following:
    - Headlights (might have a pair available)
    - Engine
    - ECU
    - Exhaust System (o2 sensors are included)

    Asking price is $8000 firm.

WILL NOT PART OUT or SHIP

PM me or E-mail me at [email protected] for any further questions.

All you would need for this car to run is just a complete motor (head, block, etc) and an exhaust system (exhaust manifold, exhaust). Here you can have a running RSX Type-S for probably under $12,000 with extra's. If you need help dropping in the motor, I am able to help for a cheap labor price.

How it looked when it was running.

    How it looks currently

Finding a complete K series swap is expensive. All you would need is the complete head and block and you can make this car run. I already said up top that i'm willing to help with labor if needed.

nice but 8k is lil to much. You can find a decent type-s for 9k these days with 100k miles.

You're talking about a stock type-s with 100k+ miles. Find me a DECENT shaped type-s around the local area beside your's and that hasn't been abused or ragged the hell out of. You're able to make this type-s run for less than 12k with less than probably 50k miles if you can a motor PLUS EXTRA's. Usually these RSX motors shouldnt have many miles since they came out in 2002. This shell isnt only just for people who WANT to put stock motors back in, if they want to have a project, they can drop in a k24/k20 or fully built motors.

I agree with you, but even if you do abuse the k20 it wont let you down as long as you watch your oil, tune ups and other minnor things. k series FTW. And it will cost them around 12k in all if they do the work them self. If they take it to a shop, well it will go way more than 12k.

Well i dont wanna spam your topic, i think 8k isnt that much any more if you know what you want to do with it.

GL on the sale. By any chance do you have the typ-r spoiler for an rsx?

Mileage is a factor, its a major factor what people use to determine the value of the car. Even if you "watch your oil, tune up's and maintain your car", abusing and pushing your car to the limits still kill your engine faster than a car that is driven normally. If it is done correctly, it won't even cost 12k total.

Thanks and I do still have the type-r spoiler on the car.
