Default Need help on k24 swap (need help now .. Cash in hand)

My guy jamel that owns OTS installations •you might know him!he has that car audio spot on ARCADO• he just bought a 2003 civic SI hatch , Honda parts connection did the swap (instAlled a k24) it runs, it cranks , it drives .... Issue is in higher rpms it sputters & feels weak,EVERY NOW & then It doesn't want to REstart, have to sit & wait .... & also would LOVE to get the AC issue resolved ,it's been charged up, leak down test performed ... AC comp/clutch simply won't engage

If you can sort this out ,he needs you, cash in hand READY to pay, not looking for hook up, not looking for a favor! He ready to PAY

Forgot to mention, car is at a full blow shop! Scanners , tools, the whole nine!! You don't need to bring anything ((unless you have a crazy HONDA specific diagnostic tool))

    Thanks guys
