Default 1997 prelude bogging and no throttle response

I recently picked up a 1997 prelude and started acting up. After 20-40 of driving, car starts to bog and won't respond at WOT. I changed the filter, sparks and did the seafoam treatment though the intake. At first I got a egr valve code, I reset it to see if it came back, but when cel returned it was code 8 or TDC sensor. Has anyone had this problem before?

try resetting your ECU and then trying to reproduce the problem

Then I'd unplug the wires/harness that go to the EGR valve and try to reproduce the problem.

    Post up what happens next?

Check your grounding wires/cables. Make sure they secure and clean. Make sure you bleed the coolant properly through the bleeder valve, IF you previously did some coolant work (if you did the timing or drained it). Clean the EGR valve and ports, and install back with a new gasket. Finally, clean the butterfly inside and out on the throttle body, with brake cleaner and a toothbrush/rags. And clean the IACV.
I won't advertise because I'm not paying to
