Default new to hondas/acuras need help

so i have a 99 integra gs(unfortunately an auto) drove it for a month after i bought it then, cylinders start losing compression. so i had the motor rebuilt and now i will get c.e.l. once in a while for bank one o2 sensor and the car is running rich. so i put brand new o2 sensor, spark plugs, and wires. C.e.l. is off right now but car is still running rich, you can smell it in the car. I have to get emissions this month. so any help is appreciated. also when the motor was rebuilt i added cai, 4-2-1 headers, new muffler.

    thanks in advance

Sure you don't have an exhaust leak?? If no cel then I would drive it for a while and see if the ecu re learns the map.

turns out there is an exhaust leak flange on headers that connects to cat has a lip on it and doesnt make a good seal. so i need to grind off the lip so that it sits flush. and should stop the leak.

    thanks du3c3s
