Default Help guys I have a wiring problem

So my hatchback had sidemarkers installed by the previous owner and I'm sure they were hooked up to my corner lights. I bought some coilovers for my car and lowered it not realizing that the wires for the sidemarkers were hanging low, well lucky me my tires ripped the wires in half.
Now my corner lights, side markers and rear parking lights won't come on. I get pulled over every two days lol.
My blinkers, reverse lights , brake and emergency lights still work though..
    Any ideas?
