Default Need help: Honda Wiring Hardness Swap Expert

Okay, so I've been in the Nissan game for too long that I'm completely rusty at Honda scene. However, I'd need help in the following area:

    Car: 00 EK (OBD2B)
    Motor: B18B1 (OBD1)

Current status: OB1 ECU with CEL and SRS light. No AC, no Power Steering

Goal: Pass emission with OBD2 and AC and PS Working.

    I think I'd need:

With the AC and PS installed

    OBD2 ECU (SI or GSR?)
    OBD2 B Series Dizzy?
OBD2 B series Alternator? (If I have OBD1 Alternator, just splice and solder the wire plug to OBD2 wiring harness?
    CFK Bypass mod
2nd O2 Sensor connect and installed?

Since the car was already running fine, I guess the Injector clips have already been modded, so no need to change there, correct?

Please let me know if that's all there is to it? Is there any other things I'm missing?

    Thanks,
    Kevin

You dont need ac or power steering for emissions. You do need a obd2b ecu and o2 sensors installed to pass. The rest don't matter. They hook up to ecu not do a sniffer test on your car.

I understand that, but in order to have AC works, I'd need to make it work with the OBD2 ECU as well right?

Yes and no. The ecu does have some ac controls but I can't remember what they actually do.since u putting a obd2b ecu ac should work after that

Are you currently using a obd2->obd1 conversion harness?

You'll beed obd2 ecu. obd1 dizzy the same, obd1 alternator is the same. May need the ckf bypass, im not sure if the obd2 b18 has crank sensor or if its in the dizzy.
