    Default B20 Swap OBD2 Error Code

    My 96 civic with a b20z swap is throwing a "P1660 Automatic Transmission FI signal A Circuit Failure" and i don't know why... it's not even an auto.. its a 5 speed "b16 tranny" with a p75 5 speed ecu... I can't seem to find anything about this error anywhere.. Any ideas?

    maybe you have an auto ECU?

    yep, that is the issue. i have a a53.. swapping ecu's now! thanks ia!

    a strait ls will not pull all the power you need. grab a jdm ecu. solder the jumper just like converting an obd1 ecu to manual. it defeats the whole purpose of having the b20z.
