Does it turn over at all? If not check the wires on your starter. Might be your ecu plugs like jdmalltheway said.

Sounds really weird man. You have gas in your car? Lol i had it happen to me with my old hatch a few months a go. I had spark, fuel and my timing was all correct and it turned out i had no gas. Idk just a thought.

Out of curiosity, what were your compression readings?

I'm not very Honda literate, so bear with me.

Is this an OBD2 motor? If so do you have CEL?

been a few days but if i remember correctly... 140,150ish,180,120. not great but its not enough to keep it from running its been running no sense why it would just quit. but yes it is obd2. and yes it has a CEL light. but its not on or rather wont show that its on when not running. anyone near cartersville want to take a look at this thing?

just to add it shows 50lbs fuel pressure.

so i had a thought. lets test this theory one of the plug wires was fried and i do mean fried; the alternator was never replaced but also never gave me an issue but if that last jolt to the sytem was enough could it cause the alternator to not function well enough to cause it to not start? its a thought, seeing as everything else basically is new.

narrowed down to i think possibly main relay trouble harness looks fine, what are the chances this relay could have blown due to an ark from a plug wire?

Could be your main relay. Make sure your grounds are all right too.
