Default msd problem in my gsr

I got a 00 integra gsr stock aem cold air intake, test pipe, exhaust, msd 6a, coil, cap, msd wires, and Ngk platinum. It's been running wit dis set up for six years and it jus started acting up. We looked at the spark plugs and they looked dirty. They r not even year old yet. Cleaned them up and it still wouldnt start. We checked the ignition fuse and they were blown. Replaced it and it blew 2 more. Then we put in a 30amp fuse and it started. Wuts the problem?
