Default 1995 integra brake booster prob ((I think))

    1995 integra LS-automatic

The brakes don't work for sh!t , have to push hard
To make them function , when you press the brake you can
Hear a SHHHHHHHHHHH sound comming from firewall
Inside the car....... I'm guess booster is bad
Wanted to get your input before I swap it out and thats
    Not the issue

    Thanks IA

Pedal would be rock hard, but yes.. Check the vacuum source to the boosted to be sure it is good though..

And if it IS the brake booster , is there an
advantage to using a booster from a GSR model
or are they all the same??

Sounds like it, but to be sure find where you hear the leak, replace hose, gasket if need be.. avoid throwing parts at something to fix it..

Try to be sure the one you have is bad, thats all..

Remember I'm not there, and can only base my response on what you post..kk
