Default EACV question on a 94 cx

So The electrical air control valve (EACV) also known as a idle air control valve, that sits on the back on of my intake manifold has two hoses coming off of it that coolant runs through. One goes to the manifold and the other had a bolt clamped inside of it to block it off. My question is I know this hose goes somewhere but I cant seem to find where. Keep in mind this is a D15B8 CX engine in a DX body. Any help would be great, thanks

The one closest to the TB (throttle body) goes to it the other goes to the coolant tube on back of block.
