Default Will a B16 tranny effect the emission on an LS motor?

First of all, thanks to those that have been very supportive.... I've bought a b16 tranny and is going to bolt it in my LS motor. The question is, will it effect my emission? I've been searching for some posting on this subject but seems like I'm having trouble making my way through the jungle. Again any answers will be greatly appreciate.

Transmissions don't have any effect on emissions. That's up to the motor and exhaust for OBD1 and what the computer reads for OBD2.
