    Default question for a champion.

Alright. I have a 95 Gsr that I put a b20 vtec in. It was running fine just effed up idle so I got on here and saw someone put a post with the same issue. The post said to tighten the screw in the fast idle valve. I did that and it fixed it. Idles perfect now. The issue is I did that at about 10:30am on the 30th and I went and test drove it. Everythin was great vtec hit all the goods. I went to sleep woke up messed around at the house and left for work at 9:10pm on the 30th. Now for some reason my vtec wont hit. No cels and now im at work. When I got here I checked the oil the its perfect. Im going to check the vtec screen when I get off around 9 in the morning. My question obviously is, is there anythin I should check to figure this out. I can't believe I have no cels and its not hitting. Thanks to anybody with a reasonable answer.

you got a clogged oil filter or vtec screen, if changing/cleaning both does not fix the problem replace the vtec solenoid

check for codes anyways, just because the light isn't on doesn't mean you don't have a code in the system.

Alright guys finally got some free time today before work. Took soleniod off and of course it had some shit on the screen. I took the top Peice of and tried to push down on the spring/circle piece and it was jammed so I swapped them and it worked for about 5 minutes on my way to work. I think what happened was when I sand blasted my vc I didn't get all the plastic media out from the underside even though I did wash the shit out of it. Anyways thanks for the help this is my last work day of the week so im gonna change to oil and oil filter and see if I can un cloge one of these and get it to stay working lol thanks again for the input!
