Default rear defroster male terminal came off, need to know how to fix it on an eg civic?

On my rear defroster( the coils in the back glass), there is a male end terminal that connects to the actual heat coils that heats the window to defrost it. Well mine broke off and was wondering is there a way to reattach it so that it will work again? its a 94 civic dx coupe btw
