    Default emissions

    I'm thinking about gettin a acura cl and the owner says it won't pass emissions and in my county j have to have them. What can effect the emissions?

    Don't risk it, you have no idea what's wrong with it. It cost me $700 to get my emissions to pass...

    There is no cat currently and it doesn't smoke, but it has never been tested due to there being no restrictions where I live. I am the owner.
