    Default Accord wiring problem

Alright the car is a 1992 Accord lx sedan the colling fan, horn, winshield wipers, brake lights are not getting any power. The turn signals work but when the switch for all four is turned it automatically cuts off either turn signal and won't allow all four to be on. The fuses are good and the relays were checked with a voltmeter and they are all good. The only thing that was noticed in the fuse box under the hood was that the lighting relay plug does not have power coming to it. When the car was torn down it was noticable that the previous owner had a sound system and a alarm in it and the radio wiring does not look all that good. Would a new underdash wiring harness solve the problem? Does anybody have any suggestions?

Sorry I know that I wrote a lot but any help is appreciated
