Post how to check obd1 codes

ok guys i am going to need help. i did research on this and it is saying use a jumper wire in order to read codes off your check engine light. i want to know which pin number on the ecu to jump because my is a obd0 converted to obd1. meaning i have a adapter to convert 0bd0 to 0bd1 and all the wire is green. thank you for you advice.

there is a blue 2 pin service connector under the passenger side kick panel/ dash that you jump. the blue connector may be in a little holder under there if you don't see it immediately. then the check engine light will flash and you count the blinks. is it has a slow then fast blink it is a 2 digit code. here is pics and locations of the connectors.
