help integra speed hand problem

ok i got a 94 integra and ive replaced the speed sensor nothing happend then i traced wires from clip to to gauge cluster all got ohms and has a good ground i tried another cluster still nothing happend so i try diff. ecu and still nothing if anyone can help i would appreciate so much

did u replace the electronic part of the sensor or the whole sensor. new or used also.

the whole thing and peice by peice and even put mine in there car and it worked and they was used
