    Default clutch really soft

when i got the ek hatch, the clutch seem fine but soft, and it drove fine, this morning when i went out to start the car, the clutch seem a little too soft, i have to step all the way down for ever gear, is it slipping? or do i need to bleed the line? or replace the clutch? clutch has about 15k on it, i never stalled before
