i have a problem it seems when i hook up the relay it only running off of one side of the relay. the only way i can get it to work is hook up one side and leave the other side up as if i dont have a relay and would have to loop the other side. by that i mean plugging the female and male end together that suppose it go into the ballast can someone tell me what im doing wrong
