to be honest man , you would have better luck getting your name changed if you chose something non car related , what happens if you get rid of the 98? then you'll want it changed again

i tried that probably about a year ago and I got turned down for it. seemed like everyone can get a name change when they want it except for me.

Administrators get to it when they choose. You make it sound like it's changed on the spot for every else except you.
