Default HELP! Why are Mods deleting good threads for no reason.

Perhaps I was in the wrong section

Ok im not gonna sit here and bash you, but i will tell you when you are WRONG. You can delete this all you want ive saved it and ill keep reposting it or proxy posting it until one of you pipes up and claims responsibilty.

    OSNAP:
Osnap aka Chris is not a CAR DEALER so deleting his threads because one of you NOOBS thinks he might be is rediculous.* Ive known chris for SEVERAL years and not only is he one of the FEW outstanding stand up sellers out there, hes probably one of the nicest, helpful people around.* The man sold his S2000 sometime last year, and picked up an STI.* He has driven and modded the STI the last 6-8 months, and has decided to look into purchasing a BMW.* Regardless of how bad a decision i think that is, its perfectly his right
    *
He posted the correct VIN, pictures, mileage, condition, ETC. And WITHOUT provacation you guys delete it without so much as a polite PM explaining WHY.* Noobs come on here and break the rules, thats one thing.* OG members on here follow your rules and you make a judgement call to delete at thread its COURTESY to PM them and let them know what is going on.*
    *
Now what rule did he break..........
    http://www.importatlanta.com/forums/...NG-A-THREAD***
    *
    CLearly it states
    * No flipping cars (3 car a year limit, 365 days... not a calendar year)
    *
So where are these 3 cars in a 1 year span at?* I tried searching and only found his S2K and his STI, both greater than $10,000 cars. I dont know about you but very few people flip $10000+ cars on IA , the king site of broke teenagers.*
    *
    JOHNZM:
Johnzm has been a member since 2003.* Johnzm not only taught me everything i know and personally mentored me, he also is VERY well known around Atlanta by guys that may not post on here but have been in the Atlanta car scene for over 10 years.* Tom Hornsby (the legend), Chris Ellingwood (Btlfed), Ken (black R) , me, Chunky, RutRoe (rutledge wood) , James (emminodagreat) , Charles (former owner of mainstream performance), BTEC, and countless others will vouch for him.*
    *
He recently posted a FOR SALE thread that had some injector for sale, and a D16A6 engine block.* In the picture was a closeup of the D16s engine code, but because the motor is 19 years old, there was a bunch of grease and grime covering the block code.* So john typed it out.* KEEP IN MIND THE BLOCK CODE IS MEANINGLESS AND IS NOT TRACKABLE.
    *
He also posted a picture of some DSM injectors he wanted to sell.* He only posted a pic of 1 because, i mean they are fucking injectors, they all look the same.*
    *
You guys deleted his thread because of lack of a block code on a $50 19 year old motor(which he typed out) and EVEN HAD PERMISSION FROM A MOD TO POST, and because there wasnt a picture of all 4 Injectors.
    *
    HERE ARE YOUR RULES
-Car with swaps are require you to post up the block code and/or tranny VIN.
    *
-ALL Engines/Transmissions for sale that are OBD2 must have VIN number posted. ALL OBD2 Engines have a VIN Plate attatched per FEDERAL LAW. OBD2 is any car years 1996-2009. It is your responsibility to locate it an post it. If you do not have a vin number, PM an ADMIN for permission BEFORE YOU POST. We will determine if its ok or not.
    *
-All Engines/Transmissions that are OBD0-OBD1 and for sale must have a BLOCK CODE posted. OBD0-OBD1 is years 1988-1995. BLOCK CODE is usually located below your ENGINE CODE STAMP. It is your responsibility to locate it an post it. NO BLOCK CODE NO SALE. If your block code is missing, PM AN ADMIN for permission BEFORE YOU POST. We Will Determine if its OK or not.
    *
He did just that, checked with 2 other mods, they said it was OK, he also posted the block code up.* It doesnt say that the block code has to be PICTURED.* Just posted up.
    *
    So i have to ask:
Why is this allowed, he only posted 1 cam
    http://www.importatlanta.com/forums/...s-bseries-vtec
    *
    Greg and Stretch
You guys banned them because they posted something in the WRONG subforum of the kills forum? WHEN DOES THAT BECOME A BANABLE OFFENSE? thats a little rediculous.* Banning is a LAST option, and Killsforum is usually a place that anything goes, within reason.
    *
come on guys, you cant just mod blindly, a lot of it is COMMON SENSE.* Read your own rules and follow them, if not ask questions.*
    *
Otherwise and hope of this site getting back to what it used to be isnt going to happen if you keep driving off old members that were here from DAY 1.*

Most members that were here from "DAY1" were long gone before the site ever thought of losing ground. The rest just sort of faded out due to life outside the internet. Not because of FOR SALE rules.

Like Scotsman said, we're going through some stuff at this time to revamp some issues. This thread can be locked now. Later, QD.
