I need Help Forum??

So at any given time on IA there are 100 or more members online... I know alot of us run into problems and are at home, work, or somewhere that tools, parts are not handy.... like the situation im in right now.

why not have a forum for those in need of asap help?? members can post up the problem and their location and since IA is full of friendly helpful members that someone in the area can come help....
