so does highenddetail and i have 4u2c and executive and pristine
People I am more worried about, but none of us are close to being on there level is Sweating the Details, On-Site Shine and Clean4U (which I talked on the phone with the owner a few weeks ago). Those guys have clients that I can only dream of.
but its all about marketing yourself and treating your customers right. not about who does the most details
Thats what I mean, you rarely see details from them, but there client base is amazing. Hell to be honest if I had 10 cars a month, with 2-3 days to work on each at only $400 a pop, I would be happy as hell.
and all of them have been around for a while its taken 10+ years for them to get who they have. you know? i would say we are doing pretty damn good already lol
Oh without a doubt. I look back and say dam I am just hitting my 1 year mark next month and I am not that bad off. I mean hell I started this on my own dime with no source of income so...I am dam happy where I am at so far. Could I be further yes, but until I get a site that really limits my name being out there.
seeing what you guys post, i would not hesitate to say your business is healthy.
Well I cant speak for matt since he has a job he does almost full time besides detailing. But my business scrapes by with all its bills and paying myself.
yeah luckily i have 2 other jobs that keep my bills paid and me busy as well. But my detailing has been paying me alot lately. But its all going into the company
Scraping by though is better than having a stock pile of polish. When you do stuff for zen do you have to pay them commission? I started doing some for a shop a few years back and was being charged 33% per detail for being supplied with only water and electricity while everything else was my own and no investment by the business owner.
