ok im tired of tryin to figure out whats wrong with my civic. all i kno is it wont start for shit. my question is, can anyone tell me what most shops charge an hour for troubleshooting? need to determine whats wrong with it, and get an estimate of how much its gonna cost to repair it . thanks in advance...
