    Default Harness

I have a 91 Honda crx si with an obd 1 usdm gsr motor in it. I just found a 91 honda crx Hf with no body problems at all( it's to damn clean) so I wanted to swap everything from my si to my HF. But I was told that my custom made harness for my si (converted to obd1) wont work for my HF do any of you know what I can do or should I just send it in and get the HF harness done? Thanks ToonZ

it will work. just swap the ecu conversion harness and swap the ecu, and whatever distributor+distributor adapter plug, and then wire the 4 wire oxygen sensor and wire vtec. that is all.

idk who told you it wont work but they must be retarded. ive never seen a different way to convert a obd0 honda to obd1 than what i just described.

I already have my si harness converted to obd1 vtec so what im saying is the si and hf harness any different? Would I be able to take my si harness and plug to the hf without it throwing codes and the person who told me was Ryan from rywire so that's why I was thinking hmmm thats odd but he said he could do it for 50 bucks just send it to him whenever im ready to do it

    WRONG

The HF and STD ENGINE harnesses are different than the SI and DX. What the difference is, I'm not sure, but this is what I've heard from a reliable source.

Try to figure out how to convert it yourself and save yourself the money. I've got a JDM Si wire harness that is OBD0. You can combine this with your OBD1 Si harness, change a few clips, and it SHOULD hook right up...meet up with me and i"ll give it to you for liek 5$ (gas for me to meet you somewhere) cuz I have no use for it.
