    Default Differences in S13's 89-93 240SX

Ok so my question is what are the differences between the different years of S13's? Any major/minor body, motor, etc... differences?

So as far as engine wise, which would be the best choice for an s13 as far as quality and potential? SOHC, DOHC, etc..???

both sohc and dohc have good potential and are about same in reliability. it costs more to turbo the sohc but it has lower compression and therefore a better engine to turbo. there is a guy on ka-t.org putting down 240whp at only 6psi with the sohc. its slower NA though. also if u get a 91-93, chances are that it will have the gay 4 wheel steering crap.

Yeah. the HICAS (or whatever the hell it's called) is pretty lame, but can be easily disabled with a few parts.

HICAS cars arent all that common. In fact I only know two people with HICAS cars out of maybe 15-20 with 240's
