    Default question about a 2000 civic Si

    when i'm in neutral the rmps are around 2,000...? and when i'm driving if i'm not giving it hell then it seems to kinda jerk the car.? anyone know whats wrong with it?

    you idle at 2k rpm?
    have you advanced your timing?
    and as far as the jerking, sounds like you MAP sensor

    one it shouldn't be idleing at 2k rpm..i had a problem with low idle and jerking when i guned it but that was cuz my ecu was fuked

    i had a problem witha wandering idle, but it was cause my jiming jumped due to a clogged cat, caused alot of back pressure
