    Default SAFC for FD ?

    I just bought a SAFC for my FD the instructions look pretty simple is there any trick or anything to not do i should know about?

    It won't work on it. Completely different kind of AFM system. FD uses a MAP sensor, not a MAF.

    in the manual it says it works for FC and FD, but ok

    Get the Apexi PowerFC and be done with it. Controls everything. Plugs into factory wiring. If your harness is old, get the Haltech. Ether way, these are much better options. Do you really want to blow your motor?

    the SAFC will kind of work for just bolt-ons and increased boost, but anything more, get the Apexi power FC, or another stand-alone unit.

    Also, it does work on MAP cars or MAF cars. I actually installed one (SAFC II) on my FD, but never got around to getting bigger injectors before I sold the car.
