best forums to find used bikes?

cycle trader sucks in my opinion for finding bikes. I am looking for a used 600, and the best i ahve been able to do is ebaymotors. Any recommendations?

actually you should be able to find a better deal in cycletrader than you would locally or on a website. usually guys on the websites sell higher because they have more personal interest in the bikes, however most who sell via cycletrader just want rid of it. of course you have to weed through the scams and such.........

i frequent quite a few webforums and will keep an eye open for a good deal, so what specific 600 are you looking for (GSX-R, CBR, 636/ZX-6R, R6, etc.)? also what years are you interested in? another biggie is what are you willing to spend?

well ive only riden a gsx-r 600 and LOVED it. My friend told me i would like a cbr600 f4i. Honestly Ive been looking for:
zx-6r
gsx-r600
cbr600
yzf600 or r6
and ive even been glancing at newer katanas. They are heavy as sin ive noticed but for a starting bike heard they wernt bad. I would prefer 98 or newer. I have been trying to stay in the 2000+ erra.

I am trying to spend 4500 or under if possible for a bike with less than 10k miles on it, thats never been layed, wrecked, etc. im in the process of selling my wrx and getting somethign 4wd to tow a trailer with. My friend is selling my an alpinestars jacket, an icon helmet, and some carbon fiber gloves. So i got everything set pretty much. Im contimplating doing the MSF course.
