Ga Title Question.

Ok we bought a 2001 mustang about a month ago from a private seller. The title is still in the old owners name, we filled out that other side for new owner but havnt taken it to the registration office. We are selling the car now(we dont drive it)and need to know the best way to transfer it to the new buyer.

TO CLEAR THINGS UP IN CASE IT IS CONFUSING:
"why are you locking my thread? You obviously didnt understand it. Car is mine, we have it all filled out and signed over to us. So being ripped off...... I dont think so. And reason I ask is because it is already sold. Guy came today and wants to buy the car for his son. So I would like to close the deal asap, so i need to get it in our name or just sign it strait to him."
