My engine is relaxed at 7500 rpm. The KA would probably be sitting in a puddle of it's ownself at that speed. I win.

except you forgot about that torque stuff an "over square" motor give you

bore an stroke is just part of it, rod length is the other parts of it

Very true. I should've added that part in there. I guess I kinda make up slightly with the extra 2 cylinders. Keeps the engine from completely falling on it's face on bottom end. I must admit I have a little bit of tq, though. My shifter broke on friday so I had to jack up the car and jamb it into 4th gear. I crunk it up, blipped the gas a little bit and I was rolling. All the way from 4th gear. Up a slight incline at that.
